We have teamed up with an award winning North West company who are able to provide Will and Lasting Power of Attorney Services.

You have no doubt spent many years working hard in order to create your wealth and acquire your assets. It is, therefore, important to ensure that you have a plan in place for what happens to your wealth and who is to ultimately inherit your assets.

Please click the link below to take you straight to their website in order to arrange a callback.

Please note – Wills and Lasting Power of Attorney services are referred to a third party and not a service offered by ourselves.

These services are not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and may have limited consumer protection.

Protect you, your family and your investment with a Will

The kindest thing you can do for your loved ones is to have a plan in place for what happens to your hard-earned wealth when you’re no longer here.  Having a Will means that your wishes are known and can be followed, and those you love have the right authority to do that for you.

Many of you may think a DIY Will kit or a cheap online form is the way to go. But beware – many of these could prove to be a false economy.  “You don’t know what you don’t know!” We believe that speaking to an expert is crucial in getting good advice for your own circumstances.

Our trusted partners, Morecambe Bay Wills and Estates Limited, provide a fixed-fee personal service, and there are no complicated forms for you to complete.

They can see you at home, at their Lancaster offices or over video. Once your Will is in place, they will continue to look after you and your family as your circumstances change.

Prices are affordable, and a donation is given to charity for every Will made

Lasting Power of Attorney… Don’t wait until it is too late!

A Lasting Power of Attorney is a legal document that gives authority to another person to act on your behalf.  It prevents a stranger, or someone you don’t trust, from having this power.

Without an LPA, if you become ill and/or cannot make your own decisions, your loved ones (including your spouse or partner) must apply to a court for these powers – adding significant cost and time.

Creating an LPA in advance of any situation where you are unable to make decisions for yourself makes sure that your affairs and welfare will be looked after by someone you trust.

There are two types of LPA:

Property and Financial Affairs

The “attorney” can take care of financial decisions for you including communicating with banks and financial organisations, paying bills, deciding what happens to a property.

Health and Welfare

The “attorney” can make decisions around care and residence, and ongoing or life sustaining treatment.

Our trusted partners, Morecambe Bay Wills and Estates Limited, provide a fixed-fee personal service and there are no complicated forms for you to complete

As with their will writing, they can see you at home, at their Lancaster offices or over video.  Once your Power of Attorney is in place, they will continue to guide you and your family as and when you need advice.

Prices are affordable and a donation is given to charity for every Will made
